Grooveboard is a low-profile mechanical keyboard controller for playing four-key rhythm games.
With full 4-key rollover and 1000Hz polling enabled by default, Grooveboard recognizes your inputs down to the millisecond, allowing for maximum precision in high-speed rhythm games.
Finished in black or white with custom silkscreen artwork by Clue, Grooveboard sports a playful, yet refined look that fits in just about anywhere.
Measuring just 120x25mm, Grooveboard was designed to be as portable as possible without sacrificing precision.
With a high quality through-hole USB-C port, there's no risk of inserting the connector upside-down, or breaking off a fragile surface-mount port.
Don't like the included keyswitches or keycaps? No problem. Grooveboard MX and Grooveboard Choc are built with Kailh Hot-Swap Sockets for easy switch replacement, with no tools or soldering required.
Powered by QMK Firmware, Grooveboard needs no third-party drivers and is recognized by nearly all computers and mobile devices. It's open-source software! With QMK's deep customizability, Grooveboard also makes a fantastic macro pad!
Additionally, Grooveboard is compatible out of the box with VIA Configurator, so all four keys can be remapped dynamically, without the need to compile or flash new firmware. Simply download and install VIA, plug in your Grooveboard, and start remapping. Changes will take effect immediately!
Available in two versions:
Grooveboard MX: Compatible with any Cherry MX or MX-style keyswitches, this version is extremely easy to customize with a wide variety of switch and keycap options. Comes with Gateron Red linear switches (55gf). Includes DSA PBT keycaps with a lightly textured finish and symmetrical shape.
